We have been advised that some members have found errors when they have printed out their 2021 prescription claims from
Welldyne. Prior to submitting your
2021 Prescription Copay Reimbursement, please review the Welldyne statement for accuracy. If you find errors in the statement, the Benefit Fund will also accept credit card statements for any online prescription orders, as well printouts from your pharmacy for in-person prescription purchases.
